I have been a customer at Standard Casualty Company for 7 years and although I have not had any claims therefore cannot review on that, I can confidently state that their customer service is efficient and friendly. I appreciate the fact that their staff is in Texas and providing employment to US citizens versus having a call center overseas and I can easily reach someone knowledgeable who can address my needs. Rebecca Chandler has been my agent since 2015 and she is friendly, helpful, professional and has a great sense of humor. Recently, Hope G. in the claims department assisted me with a letter I needed.

She sent it to me immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. She was very helpful and made me feel valued. Their rates are more reasonable than other insurance companies and they offer great coverage. You cannot go wrong with this insurer. Thank you SCC for your great service!

This insurance company is great! It's so hard to find coverage for a manufactured home and one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! The customer service was awesome. They got back to be quickly and with accurate information.

Yesterday when I called STD I spoke to Julia Burgess. She explained what I needed to do to remove my daughter who has been married for almost 3 years and add my son who is living with me and it was such a simple procedure and completed within hours by a simple notification from my daughter confirming she was no longer living with me and a notification from me adding my son who will arrive within days. I am very grateful for her kind and understanding assistance. Thank You

Becky Chandler is unsurpassed in her professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness and execution. Becky ensured that the coverage for our home was complete and matched our needs. She even thought of coverage that I hadn't thought of - and after discussing - made complete sense! She didn't try to upsell us, but wanted to make sure our insurance coverage was appropriate for our needs. I cannot recommend Becky and the Standard Insurance company more - phenomenal!

Everything was as expected except. Canceling was not clear across all phone contacts (three different folks). We finally got a great knowledgeable assistant, did the required email with the specified required information and all was good. If needed, we will do business again with them.

Called to get a Declaration page from my current policy sent to me. Sara was real easy to work with and the copy that I needed was emailed to me within minutes. Sara was very pleasant and helpful.
