I'm 23 and this was my first time purchasing auto insurance, which caused me a lot of stress. My agent, Casey, was incredibly helpful. He responded quickly, explained things that I didn't understand, and even recommended that I purchase the insurance independently for now, and come back in a year when they could get me a better deal. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the agent's honest desire to help me save the most money. I will definitely be coming back in a year.

I have been working with Alexandra and Hartley INS for a few months now and I am so happy with their service. When we moved to Idaho they got us great rates for our two sedans. fast forward a few months and we bought an SUV! The day after we got the car home I emailed Alexandra and got the car covered. The whole process has been super smooth and I'm very happy with how easy it has been and the prices. I will be staying with Hartley for a while!

We shopped a few brokers for our home & auto insurance before signing up with Hartley. Casey took great care of us and was able to tailor the coverage of our policies to fit our needs while still place the business with a first rate carrier. Now I don't have to worry about dealing with a second class company if I need to file a claim.

My whole family comes here for insurance, we've been going for years. I used to have anxiety about all kinds of adulting and all I can say is this place handles the coverage of valuables (home/auto for me) perfectly. I actually enjoy going in to pay my bill there because the people are so friendly and the office is very relaxed.

The staff at Hartley Insurance have been great to work with! Whenever I've had questions or concerns regarding my policies Casey has addressed them promptly. He is very professional and does a excellent job of making sure that I understand my policies and that my concerns have been addressed appropriately.
