My air conditioner went out on Friday and we made our claim. All weekend we burned up and it's Wednesday and we had to call to ask why the 3rd party had not contacted the person in charge of repairing the unit. She laughs and says she forgot to send over the email. It's not funny and the heat is over 100 degrees. We still don't have our unit repaired and we are going on 7 days

Filed a claim for our roof due to obvious hail damage - they denied our claim based on the one area their 3rd party company actually looked over. They never contacted us via phone to discuss, only sent a denial letter that did not adress our claim in its entirety. We then requested an engineer review - desk review states damage does indicate large hail; however, they are stuck on a Jan 3rd date saying there was no hail at that time.
We did not claim there was hail on that date - only that a storm occurred on that date with high winds, which damaged other areas of our home prompting a roof inspection. The customer service has been horrendous as well - they use a lot of 3rd party vendors and it's difficult to get in touch with the correct individuals. DO NOT use this company! Had I read reviews before our mortgage lender suggested them, we would not have purchased their insurance.

I have worked directly with many of the staff members in my line of work and everyone is always so polite and helpful. Their CFO (soon to be CEO) is amazing and their IT staff (specifically Libby) is hard working and incredibly knowledgeable. I can speak to the insurance quality but I can say you wont find better people to work with. They are always willing to help and be of service. Great team here to work with.

I will be cancelling my policy asap. They attempted to FRAUDULENTLY cancel my policy because the man came to do a quote for my fence and LIED that we had a trampoline in our backyard. OUR NEIGHBORS, which is divided by a tall wooden fence, have a trampoline. A huge trampoline. So how could you mistake a trampoline in our yard. There's not even enough room in our backyard.
So the company sent an email demanding I sign about having a trampoline before even verifying or asking any questions. She told me I should be happy they reached out to me before just cancelling my policy. Even though the person LIED I'm the one suppose to be happy that my policy wasn't randomly cancelled. Then after telling her I was going to go with another company she stated "call me when you're ready to cancel". They obviously do not care about customers.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The worst insurance company in the business, don't take my word read the reviews. You are not insured and they will pay for nothing! Denied 2 minor claims in 15 years as customers. Every roof in my neighborhood was replaced by insurance for storm damage except mine. Now it leaks.

I was hurt on the property of someone who has this insurance and Grange only wants to pay a thousand dollars. My medical bills are over ten thousand dollars. I was. not asking for pain and suffering just my medical bills to be paid. I thought when youhad insurance it covered you when some gets hurt on your property.

We had several leaks and our carpet was wet after we had a hurricane. I reported the problem and a adjuster came to the house. We waited for a week to see what was going on, I called and left several messages with the company with no response back finally I ask our local agent to get in contact with them since they wouldn't return my phone call. My agent sent me a email advising me that a lady at NC Grange said it was okay to pull the carpet up and I asked is it going to be covered, my agent said "yes".
Make the long story short we decided not to pull the carpet up until we received a check or letter from them. The check we received was so low and only paid for the sliding on the house, the company refuse to pay for the carpet and claimed it was from our center air conditioner ( condensation) from under the house. This company is the worst company I have every been with and regret ever hearing about them. BEAWARE.
Stay far away from this company. Just like the others review, you will have a hard time getting in touch with them and getting your money from this low budget company. If, I could I would have gave them a 0 stars.

Super frustrated with this company! When we bought our house last December it was through USDA and they required I chose a company immediately. We had a pretty quick closing and I have 21 month old triplets and I didn't have the time to research so my mortgage lady sent me a quote from this company and with no time to do my research we went with them.
I wish I hadn't. I've been calling for days now since Hurricane Florence finished and I get the receptionist every time who takes the same information and I never get a call back, an email, a screw you or anything! I went on their website and sent an email through the contact us. No response. I finally figured out how to "file" a claim by sending it to their email. I did that last night. Still no response as of nearly 24 hours later. I am beyond frustrated and will be switching asap!

Terrible company to have your insurance through. When I first bought my house, my agent David Worley was quick to get ahold of until after I signed up, then to get the paper work I requested he was almost impossible to reach. Earlier this month I was having some work done on the house, my contractor finds water damage. I reach out to this company and they send an inspector.
He was scheduled to meet me at 8:15, I arrive home at 8:15 and he is in his car and claims he took all the photos he needed, he did not come in the house nor did he want to see my inspection report that was filled out when I bought the house. I had the contractor meet me when the inspector never once wanted to talk to the contractor. A week later I get a letter denying my claim stating that due to a conversation between myself and the inspector they are denying my request. They also claimed that they do not cover water damage under any of their policies. I encourage anyone thinking of using this company to look in another direction
