Joseph Schipsi Jr has been very unprofessional and has demonstrated very deceitful business practices. He represents a company that has caused extensive damage to my home but refuses to properly handle my claim. Putting blame on the homeowners and not the business that has caused the damage. In stead of having a neutral 3rd party contractor fix the many damaged areas he states that the current contractor will fix it. This is what lead to the issues and damages. Please stay away. This is company is untrustworthy and shady.

Horrible experience with this insurance agency. Call to get a quote for workman's comp. nothing but the run around. Called and talk to Joe a week before my policy was set to renewal. He said he would get back to me with a quote. Never did. I called and talk to his secretary she give me the run around for three days said she would have Joe call me back.
He never did. I really don't know how they are in business. Terrible customer service. Completely unprofessional. I would advise anyone looking for insurance to stay far away from this company.
