I just wish all insurance agencies could offer such an easy and smooth purchasing experience! The agent I worked with (Qi Wang) was amazing! He was very patient with me for answering all my questions, and went out of his way for finding me the best rate for my car. He was also very transparent the whole time. Best experience ever! I worked with agent Qi Wang regarding my car insurance and renter's. The rate is low, service is good and the entire process is super smooth. Some agents just see their work as jobs and payrolls (my previous agent was always out whenever I tried to call him) but agent Wang is definately building his career by supporting customers in a timely and high quality manner.

Be careful with this place! Agent (Zen Niu) 's assistant agent Qi Wang said he has the cheapest rate, but when we sent in my current auto insurance information and asked for his best price/detailed coverage, he said he would not take my friend as a customer and hang up the phone! Not only did he not have a better rate, he insulted her. Worst experience ever. Stay away from this company. We found out their rate cost $200 more.
