I was in a bind and needed immediate help with some commercial insurance. Nelson's insurance Services got me squared away and setup fast. Great customer service. My work schedule makes me hard to get a hold of. They we able to work with me nonetheless.

Mike saved my Amazon business from complete shutdown today. I got the dreaded "you have 30 days" email from Amazon requiring product liability insurance. First I contacted the 3 big networks in the Amazon insurance accelerator. No dice. All 3 rejected me for selling in a "high risk category" (insurance companies hate certain products). Then I contacted 33 insurance agents.

I got maybe 7 or 8 responses. Out of all of these people, Mike at Nelson's Insurance Services hustled the hardest. He got me the first quote out of all of them. Then when I updated the quote (due to my screwup), he got a new quote. Then he negotiated the rates down with the underwriter. Finally, when I added 12 new products to the quote, he got the underwriter to update the policy and remove some limitations that allowed me to sell all the products.

All this under extreme time pressure. Me: "Can we get this done today so my business doesn't completely get shut down by Amazon?" Mike: "Yes. I will do the impossible." It's 11:58pm on the night of the ball. I'm about to turn into a frog here. And guess what? Mike comes through with the Certificate of Insurance that will save the business. Thank You!
