It's true, they do have extremely bad customer service. We've worked with Michelle Lopez and she an extremely difficult person to work with and instead of helping their clients find ways to save, she will find ways to drain your company dry. Bridgeport is a company that works against you, not for you.

What most people don't realize is the underwriting process, which takes time. To avoid surprises, if shopping for a quote, shop about a month in advance. You'll need your last 3 yr loss run reports, or your experience driver info. Not many underwriters can respond within 1 or 2 days for a new venture or only one year in business. If you have frequent losses the companies that would write the coverage become limited.
