Stacey Romney dont use this lady for anything related to your insurance. she doesnt do her due deligence and will like ger sued personally by me if this keeps up. i contacted her last year about her approving insurance for her client using that was using my home address as her business address. never mer this lady and she has never lived at my home. stacey never checked to confirm if this address was where her client lived let alone worked out of. so what do you i got in the mail this year? yup another insurance approved by stacey for her client using my address again on the policy. stacey said she would make sure this doesnt happened again.last year when i called her and her i am again having to waste my time fixing her incompetence once again. if this keeps up i will personal sue her and that office for putting me at risk for asome elses potential future claim. her client Marcela Gallo policy # 648232782

After many years of being a loyal customer the owner Lee Cowan treated us extremely poorly. My parents used her for many years and once I needed to have a policy through her the rates were through the roof and she flat out told me that she did not like me over the phone. She said I had too many cars and always was complaining when I had to make any changes.
Now I have switched to Allco Fullerton insurance and still insured with Mercury with much better rates and service. Its important that you put your business in places where you can trust the people that are working with you. I always felt like I was a bother to Lee. She is the owner and brags about how long she has been in business.if so show some professionalism!
