Out of the blue I received a call from Nicole saying she wanted to do a review of our coverage. Initially I wasn't thrilled because she said it would take 15 - 20 minutes, but she also mentioned that she had found a new insurer that could save us money, so my interest was piqued. It turns out we were able to save hundreds and hundreds of dollars annually on home and auto coverage. Definitely worth the 20 minutes of phone time! Just another example of super service from Nicole and PDCM.

We had just purchased a new car and decided to explore other insurance providers. A friend recommended PDCM so we called and set up an appointment with Tammy. We discussed our total insurance needs with our vehicles and properties. Tammy was very knowledgeable, informative, friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things about PDCM, but especially Michelle! Not only has she repeatedly went over and above to assist not only me, but also anyone on our policy who has contacted her. If she does not know the answer, she finds out, instead of guessing! Even though we are a small group, she treats us like we matter. I cannot say that about others companies. I do not leave alot of reviews, nor recommendations, but I definitely would Michelle!
