The Sinnott Agency has been serving Waterloo, Iowa since 1923. Since the early beginnings, we have had our core business built in the Cedar Valley. As relationships were built and clients moved, we have expanded our operations into servicing multiple communities in many of the bordering states. We have one brick-and-mortar office; however today's technology has allowed us to provide the same level of service to clients down the street as we do clients 100 miles away.Currently we serve the insurance needs of about 2,200 individuals and families, and the insurance needs of 600 business concerns in Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Iowa City and Eastern Iowa.

We have had insurance through the Sinnott agency for quite some time. We have had very few claims but every time we need something they are very helpful. We broke a windshield on our car on a trip. I called Dan Sinnott and he had a repair arranged before we even got home. They are over the top helpful and friendly.

I have had my accounts with The Sinnott Agency for almost 20 years and always pleased with their personal service. My son just purchased a new home and was able to get home insurance for half of what was quoted him by 2 other insurance companies. Kyle gave him a fast and great quote for the new home. I just needed to change my medicare supplement and Julie helped me do this in an fast and timely matter as the deadline was approaching. No pressure for Julie. She can handle it all.

We've had our policies through the Sinnott Agency for a few years now and have been very happy with the rates and services. This past year, we've had some bad luck with our vehicles.
