Cerissa has been our agent since we started our business, she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of our general liability, auto/equipment/environmental policies and she takes care of our workman's comp too! The staff at Knapp Tedesco are great! They take the time to explain everything and treat me as part of their family. My car recently lost a battle to a stray tire on the interstate. Recently we bought a piece of property near Ames that we plan to build our house on in several years. We presently live out of state. We contacted several insurance agencies regarding insurance for our new property. Cat Campbell at Knapp Tedesco was able to promptly find us what we needed at a very reasonable price. The other agencies either could not find what we needed in the same time, or found something at a much higher price.
