I wanted to express my appreciation for the assistance you've provided me with over the past MANY years. Insurance companies are poor communicators. I'm often confused by the letters they send, and the whole thing is just so cold and impersonal and robotic. Much like the IRS in many ways. That's why I appreciate you (Nan) and SIEGEL so much. You remove all confusion and conflict any time there's a question.
