I have used American Title twice, once when I bought my first home and again when I refinanced. I thought the staff I dealt with (Cindy and Gregg) were great. All my questions were answered competently and everything was explained so I could understand it clearly. And they had great coffee available for customers. I would highly reccomend.

The owner is the meanest and most deceitful person I've met. His life's personal issues are taken out on customers. Poor service but at least you get lied to with a smile on his face while he looks toy in the eye. Biggest mistake I made was using this company.
