Customer service at its best! I happened upon O&G when I moved to Ohio in 2009, and I'm so glad I did. Scott is one of the most responsive people I've ever worked with, and always provides clear and helpful answers to my questions. He's always straightforward with me about policy details, and he proactively contacts me before term dates to confirm all my info and requirements. I never have to give much thought to insurance, because I know they have me covered!

Owens & Grimes has been my families insurance company since I was a kid, driving my mother's car and they still are for my kids today. I have had excellent service that always goes above and beyond a good business relationship. Scott Grimes treats you like a friend. A friend makes outbound calls the moment they think you might need them, and a friend always gives good sound advice. I can't imagine there is anyone better.
