WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had canceled my policy months ago and they owed me money for charging me after i cancelled the policy. They told me i had to wait for them to review my conversation to make sure i told them to cancel my policy, and its now 3 months later and still no refund and i keep being told that something wasnt done on their part and i should get my check in 5 to 7 business days and i have called them more then 5 times for my refund. and now because they had a technical difficulty i am supposed to wait another 3 weeks minimum to get my refund. Would never recommend this company to anyone absolutely disappointed.
