Mike Crowley has been my agent since I first moved to Syracuse in 2017 and needed my own auto insurance policy. A few months ago my husband and I were purchasing a house so now we needed homeowners insurance. Given the great history we already had with Mike over the years it was a no brainer to go through him for this policy too. Well having Mike on our side really came in handy last night when we experienced a water emergency in our basement.

I emailed Mike in a panic and he got back to me less than 20 minutes later (at 8pm on a weeknight!) and personally called me to check in about what happened. He had some great suggestions and connections to get our situation sorted out and he instantly relieved a lot of the anxiety and panic we were having in that moment. Mike was so responsive and helpful - you can tell he truly cares about his clients and he makes sure they have the best policies in place for what they need.

We were happy to know we were covered for the events that happened and we have Mike to thank for looking out for us beforehand, and being there for us when something did happen. Hands down the best and most responsive agent in the Syracuse area! We really cannot appreciate or thank him more!
