The lack of experience from this company has caused so many problems for us that they can't even fix it themselves! Please do your own research and don't let this company handle your insurance or anything. They are brokers and the third party, so the insurance that you deal with will not be responsible for what they do or say. My agent Alyssa would tell me one thing, the insurance company, Adirondack insurance, would say something else.
They don't know what exactly our insurance company needs, and you will be the one stuck in the middle and they will toss you in between. Go with big insurance companies and pay the extra money, because believe me, it is worth it. They caused problems for us back in 2020. Our agent Alyssa said that it's all fixed, two years later we found out that it was a lie.
For the last 4 months they have been telling us that they are trying to fix the mistake that they made, and still nothing. Tony told us that they have a team and someone with 30 years of experience trying to fix it, and they still can't fix the issue. I am beyond frustrated with them. Please do your own research and stay away from them.

Used this agency for many years for RID liability insurance. This year, I contacted this agent, not receiving a billing, paid it promptly, then was charged a $25 late charge. I contacted this agency and was told, by Caroline, it cannot be waived for being 14 days late, but Happy Holidays, WTH? UPDATE: I'll admit, I was angry. I have removed my further remarks as this agency is very reputable and I highly recommend them. I called the INSURANCE company and they were happy to remove the late charge.

I've been dealing with CH Insurance for the last few years. I have all of my personal insurance policies places through them. They are EXACTLY what an excellent broker should be. High levels of customer service and follow-through. They have placed me with great carriers, including a couple that I wouldn't ever have known of, but who offer superior policies and pricing. CH is a great resource.

CH Insurance and Alyssa always help us with our insurance needs. Fast, professional and courteous, I couldn't be happier with them. We switched to them from a big name company when our son got his driver's license and our rates skyrocketed. They were able to lower our rates and provide us with exceptional service. I could not be happier with them and especially with Alyssa. A quick email and any question or changes are taken care of. She makes dealing with any insurance issue easy!
