The team at All Claims Repairs is awesome! I had damage from a leaky water heater and my insurance company appointed All Claims Repairs to do the repair work. From the office staff to the guys that do the home repairs - everyone was very professional. They kept me in the loop on everything, was on time, stuck to their ETA's and ETC's and worked quickly to get my home back in normal condition.

Their work is very clean - once they were done, I was very happy and all my furniture was put back in it's rightful place. I highly recommend this company to your home repairs - you won't be disappointed.

After heavy rains inflicted serious water damage to our condo in Jupiter during a community roofing project, our condo association abandoned us to the mercy of the roofing company's subcontractor, which refused to address important items in the restoration process such as removal of mold. Our insurance company suggested we contact All Claims Repairs in order to get the damage restored and get us back into our residence. Scott Blair was appointed our Project Manager.

He worked closely with the adjuster for All Claims and met with us to confirm all issues requiring attention. When his initial repair team came down with COVID and threatened to stall progress, Scott quickly found another team and was able to get the restoration project going in line with our previously agreed schedule. During the several month period when we were "sheltering in place" away from our condo due to COVID, Scott kept in touch with us through regular communications which allowed us to schedule our return to Jupiter in time for the final phase of repairs.

When we were finally able to move back into our residence, Scott agreed a resolution of all items on our snagging list and personally followed through on all outstanding items for which All Claims was responsible. In Scott we found a professional who takes ownership of a project and sticks with it until it is finished to the client's satisfaction. Thank you, Scott.

All Claims came to our rescue after we had a total ceiling collapse! They sent someone the same night of the collapse to secure the area, and from there they proceeded to quickly fix our ceiling. It was no small feat but they did a beautiful job! The communication was amazing-every worry I had or question asked, they were quick to respond. After a surprising calamity at my house, I notified my insurance company of the damage. The senior agent referred me to All Claims Repairs. Two adjusters came within a day and work began two days later. Before the demo and repairs started, the All Claims manager discussed fully what the adjusters found and described the scope of the work to be done and the proximal cost.

After a discussion with my insurance company, we proceeded with the work. The All Claims work crew offered a reasonable timeframe so the work began. The crew was on time every day and worked diligently on each task. During the repairs, other issues were found by the crew and reported. The insurance company acknowledged the issues were valid and covered those costs as well. The quality of workmanship and professionalism I got from All Claims is second to none. Hope I don't need them again.
