I never leave reviews, but Burns & Cotter deserve my review. I have been with this company only a few months and they have exceeded my expectations in every aspect: Prices, customer service, making sure I understand what coverage I'm purchasing, and so on. I have dealt with Dave Herbs and Deb Kenny. They both have taken the time to explain to me anything I didn't understand. Also, they get back to me in a timely manner and they are really nice people.
I was with another company in providence for a few years and what a headache it was! I had to be on top of them for everything, but I'm so glad I found these folks and I no longer have to stress it because they are really responsible. I would recommend them to anybody in need of insurance. You guys are awesome :

Vivien Vallante has been awesome, and even when working by herself in the office managed to respond quickly to my questions and concerns about my auto claim. I recently reached out for a quote on a multi family home in providence. The customer service was very friendly! But that only goes so far when the quote was outrageously expensive *The quote came in 2-3 times higher than all of the other companies I had reached out to* That's why you always need to shop around when it comes to any big purchase in life!

Spoke to Vivian and Melodye. Melodye mentioned within 24 hrs they will send the quote. Waited 2 days - no response. Called them again on the 3rd day, only to get a promise they will send the quote immediately.
A week goes by, no quote and no response! May be folks in this insurance agency is overworked. When they can't follow up on a new quote, how bad they will be if there is a claim and we depend on them? Called up another insurance agent, he responded with a good quote in

These guys helped me get liability insurance for my work. They bent over backwards to help me get coverage in a niche field that most larger companies just don't understand. Moreover they've managed to find better rates over the years for me. They're great people and always very responsive to questions. 10/10 would insure again.
