I've been very pleased with Rollins insurance. They shopped and got the right company for my 'senior' needs. Charlie helped me originally but anytime I have a question, I can call and usually talk to Sami. I have my home and auto with them and was very happy they barely went up over the past 4 years. You can call yearly and ask them to check to make sure it's all good, still.

For years I have dealt with different types of companies that treat you like gold from that first initial phone call. They promise to always treat you like "family" they promise to always be there when you need them. Too many times after you have signed on the dotted line those promises are proven to be just another punch line to get you in the door.

I've been with Rollins Insurance for several years. They are always "looking out for me". They do an annual review of my account to see if I'm getting the best deal. Twice, they've taken me through the process of adding new drivers and made the process as painless as it could possibly be. My dealings are mostly with Charlie but I always get good service from whoever answers the phone if he's not available. I would recommend (and have recommended) Rollins Insurance to anyone.

We have been with several agencies throughout the years and after spending two days comparing rates and benefits, Rollins beat out EVERY other company. Ashley had been a great partner!
