Please don't waste your time getting insurance with this agent. I called Rob Gamble in the Sumter office. I asked for a qoute on some changes and was told that he would look into the prices and get back with. me. Well he called me back to tell me that he'd went ahead and made the changes to my policy. I NEVER GAVE HIM PERMISSION TO MAKE ANY CHANGES. and because he works with Progressive as well he was pressuring me to change my policy over to Progessive insurance. Worse customer service ever!
