PJC Insurance Agency is an independent agency located in Springfield, Missouri. Throughout the Agency's almost 50 years, it has evolved from the largest transportation independent agency in the area, offering products in 17 states, to one that offers various insurance products and services. We are proud of our growth, strength and sustainability, which is due to our greatest assets, the PJC family, our long-term company relationships and our valued customers.PJC represents more than 120 insurance carriers, which allows us to represent many of the top markets in the insurance industry.
PJC represents all of the major national insurance companies in the United States and many regionally focused carriers as well. We will only place our clients' business with underwriting companies that meet our strict guideline of having at least a B+ or better financial rating from A.M. Best. Our broad portfolio of underwriters is structured so that we can broker any type of policy regardless of the nature of the risk or the amount of coverage needed. The large volume of premium that we produce for these insurance companies gives PJC the advantage of having the clout to negotiate the best policy terms and most competitive pricing for our clients.
Sunstar Insurance Group values the relationships we have with our clients and insurance companies, and we want to make sure you understand how we are compensated. Accordingly, we may have a specific agreement to receive compensation or fees from our client for services rendered. We can also receive compensation from an insurance company, its parent, affiliate or other party in the form of commissions, which are calculated as a percentage of the premium paid to the carrier that our agency represents.

Today when I called to follow-up on a status of an insurance quote after almost three weeks, I was told they couldn't find information on the property. When I asked why didn't you call me so I could have helped you with that; the answer I got was "sorry I don't want to argue and they won't be able to help me with your quote". I generally don't write reviews but these types of behaviors are to be known before they are trusted in a real needy situation of "when" and not "if" and insurance policy is to be served.
