I have been a customer of Northern Chesapeake Insurance for a long time and the only reason I am (sadly) leaving is because I am moving out of state. Chip and Jessica C and Jessica K are ALWAYS wonderful to work with and respond quickly and are ALWAYS professional and so helpful. I can only hope to find an insurance agent in South Carolina that can compare.

We recently decided to look into updating our auto and home insurance. We reached out to Chip at Northern Chesapeake Insurance Services, and he was extremely responsive. I received information from him in a very timely manner. We were running into issues with our previous insurance company and they were very slow to give us what we needed to make the change. However, as soon as I passed information on to Chip, he was able to take care of it right away. Very professional whenever I had to call the office, or work with Northern Chesapeake Insurance through email.

Chip and everyone at Northern Chesapeake are truly phenomenal to work with. My family needed to a new home/auto/umbrella policy on short notice. Chip took the time to review every aspect of our current coverage and our present needs. We discussed the proper liability limits and deductibles for our situation (teenage drivers, condition of our home, etc.) and developed plans that worked well for us.
We wound up with policies that provided more coverage at a lower cost than the internet quotes we considered. I highly recommend NCIS. Looking forward to working with them for many years to come!

I love, love, love Northern Chesapeake Insurance! I started working with Chip around five years ago and I was skeptical that an insurance broker could save me money and get me the coverage I wanted. Every year, they do a fantastic job comparing companies and getting me the best deal! Jessica and the team there are fantastic to work with. When you need a new insurance binder or changes to your insurance, they are willing to get it done asap. I needed some new documentation for my lender and they were willing to get it done the same day I asked! They care about their customers and work hard to find great rates!
