It seems almost every year we have an issue with our homeowners insurance not being processed to our mortgage company. All it takes is me sending an email and there is resolution right away! You get back to us very quickly, same day within hours, sometimes even shorter then that! Very professional- glad we are with this company!

I've been with Sanford since 2014. The insurance companies ALWAYS raise your rates every 3 years, regardless of driving record or age of the vehicles. So. every 3rd year, I change carriers, and SANFORD finds me a better rate for the same coverage. I used to shop myself, but SANFORD takes that hassle away. Lauren did the work and in in three days i had a new policy that was $700 less for the same coverage. She was couteous and prompt and my involvement consisted of 2 phone calls. SANFORD is my agent., never changing.
