They're good for taking responsibility for their mistakes. However, they are even better at fixing the mistake and making it right. Obviously, they don't make many mistakes otherwise they wouldn't be in business for long! We ran into many problems when purchasing our new home, so I was late with securing home insurance and a bit of a mess. I contacted Ryan, the owner, and he responded immediately with my options and set me up with Nicole to help us with the policy. Nicole was wonderful and worked quickly to get everything in order. There are a few features in our home that needed extra paperwork and approval from the underwriter. Nicole knew I needed everything done quickly so she even watched her email inbox in the evenings and responded to all of my questions.
