Update: after a week one of their agents has gotten back to me! So I feel much more at ease knowing I'm not being scammed. Hoping to get my insurance claim taken care of an I appreciate Bridget's help and concern through the matter. I would never like anything that I say or feel while upset to affect a small business in a negative way! Everyone is doing their best during this trying time ans that's all we can do and it's definitely not Kropp's fault the driver is dragging their feet.

Original review: "A driver "insured" by this company hit my car on Sunday. The bumper is hanging off and I need my car to get to work. I've been calling 2x a day everyday throughout different times during their open hours and no one has ever picked up my call or responded to my voice mails. I'm starting to wonder if this company is fraudulent/a scam."

Kropp Insurance has been my insurance agent for 16 years. I have never had any issues with them. They have gone out of their way to do more things than most agents. very happy!

After one of their insured - a livery service, hit me I have called several times trying to get this resolved. I spoke with Steve Krobb on 8/19 who said he would call me " right back" Its now 9/9/20 and I have left several voicemails with no one from this company returning my calls as per the other reviews. 9/15 /20 update: After speaking with Knopp after leaving a bad review, the woman did return my call and her excuse for not returning my 10 previous voicemails was that someone was sick. Apparently, no one checks voicemail.

It appears that the livery service that hit me, Lake Express Limo of Round Lake is NOT insured by Knopp since March 2020, while they presented Knopp paper work as the proof of insurance. Appropriate authorities have been notified.

Critical: Responsiveness I am a customer, have a policy with this establishment for years and can get no one to answer my inquiries or assist me. So if you need any sort of help or need to communicate you get no results. This is so frustrating.

A wonderful family owned independent insurance agency. They provide great customer service to their clients and they are a valued agency partner of my insurance company

Great place run by the Kropp Brothers, they make a great business seem very relaxing and personable wheb dealing with them.
