Great customer service! I needed help registering my car after moving from NJ to PA, and needed help with an out of state title transfer. Steve was extremely knowledgeable with the process, and helped me walk out with a temp registration and PA license plate that day. He even directed me to a nearby mechanic who helped with the necessary inspection. He made what I thought was going to be a complicated process otherwise painless.

They refused to give me a refund for a duplicate title which I ordered through them. After 2 months the title never came. They could not process it because it was also under an ex girlfriend's name. In the end they charged $90 for a service (duplicate title) they could not deliver and issue to me. That's border line theft if you ask me.they shouldn't have charged me money if they knew they couldn't process the request. The manager even admitted his subordinate wasn't supposed to do that. That's just bad business. Use another tag place.they suck!

Called them about titling my car from out of state. I was given different information from them then everyone else. Turns out the information they gave was wrong. Both people I spoke to on the phone were rude. The second one interrupted me, and when I asked if I could finish explaining, he said no and hung up on me.

This place must have other service people to get good ratings. One loud white man spending all his time chatting with the white male customers about whatever he feels like. Doesn't seem to be helping the black man in front of me, poor guy is just waiting at the other window, and I've been here for 45 minutes even with an appointment. If this wasn't my only afternoon free, I'd have walked out like two other customers.
I chose this place because it had appointments, and the other reviews sounded like they were taking pandemic precautions. Guy wasn't wearing a mask, of course. And did I mentioned the straight up taking forever to help the black customer?!? Not coming back.

Steve was really nice and got me in and out in minutes. They let you know what you need before coming. However, I still messed it up. Apparently you need PA insurance before getting PA plates. Why does that seem backwards to me? He told me that immediately when I came in, and luckily, I was easily able to book another appointment online that same week to get everything squared away. Thanks!

Amazing. Needed to switch title & registration from out of state. The Penn DOT website is confusing. They made it SO EASY. Incredibly responsive thru their website's message portal. I explained my weird situation and they told me exactly what documents I need. In and out in 20 mins. They made it SO simple. My only regret is not getting an otter license plate. I love them.

Steve is incredible! So helpful in this convoluted process that differs in each state. I moved from California where you basically don't have to show anything to register your car. Like seriously, it was harder to get a license there. He walked me through the process and told me exactly what to do. Couldn't have done it without his help!

Went with an expired reg, no title (since still had car loan, and had been previously registered in California which doesn't require titles.), basically clueless on how to register my car in PA (I mean, could they make it more difficult?) and Steve helped out and got everything straightened out in about 2 hours. Extremely helpful place especially for newcomers to PA. Plus Steve will keep you entertained with chit chat while you're filling out the endless paperwork.

Steve was incredibly helpful when I transferred my out of state registration and plates to PA. He provided clear instructions, and lots of small talk while we filled out the stack of papers. Additionally, when the state missed one number on my address he fixed the problem before I came in. I wish I would have talked to him first instead of sorting through the DMV's site forever for the correct information on what to do.

After enough hassle, 3 penndot phone calls, and 1 other place that could do not do same day reinstatement, Steve McGarry took care of business. The service was efficient & it wasn't just me. While he was processing my forms, he also handled 3 other people (2 paying bills) & one notary. I have the longest month ever coming with ZERO time to get this done as I will be unable to leave my project during regular business hours, but absolutely had to get this done! My son and me visited the office of a Pennsylvanian notarian yesterday, and we were both very pleased with his services. He has a small and effective office in Philly, but we have appreciated that he is opened for business even on Saturdays (till 5pm), and that he is very knowledgeable in the "aposilla"-based verification process for the Pennsylvania documents and certificates.
