I called as a businessman leaving my name a message and my phone number THREE times. When I finally received a call back MELISSA the owner told me the only reason she called me back is because of my Persistency otherwise she would have never spoken to me. I was simply trying to help a family friend and a client of mine communicate effectively to understand insurance information.

She is an older widow and does not know if she is being SCAMMED or not. MELISSA the owner was incredibly rude to me on the phone because she did not want to talk to me to begin with. She yelled over top of me saying I don't have to talk to you you are not my client. When I told her she was being unprofessional she copied everything I said and told me she was going to tell everyone I was rude and disrespectful.

At least I let her talk she did not have the same respect for me. I would never recommend a person like this to anyone. I did not cuss, I did not tell, all I did was try to ask questions, but because I was not her client I was a nobody that she was too bothered to talk to. Quite frankly this was an embarrassing moment in my life and a complete waste of my time trying to solve problems with someone who wants to collect forms and money but not answer questions. I DID NOT ASK ANY POLICY RELATED QUESTIONS

Very attentive staff. Matter of fact we are switching our insurance agents bc our old ones were rude and never picked up the phone, even when it was to do business.
