Sentry West Insurance Services - From Park City

I cannot recommend this brokerage enough! If I could put 10 stars I would. As a professional certified manager of community associations(CMCA), it's absolutely crucial to work with an agency that not only has great contacts for the types of insurance needed, but also one that pays attention to legislation and the real world and make recommendation.

At least monthly SentryWest updates us on recommendations, issues we should be aware of, and changes in the insurance world. We and our associations greatly benefit from their experience and vast knowledge because they ACT. SentryWest is responsive, understanding, and very very valuable to efficient association management. Thank you for all you do!

I can't recommend this company enough for your insurance needs. I had a bit of a unique situation getting a policy for the construction of our home. Mike and his team were more than helpful in finding a good policy that was both reasonably priced with good coverage. If you are in need of any services that SentryWest has to offer, they are the company to work with.

Impossible to get answers quickly or to even get the same person on the phone two times in a row. I have had a home policy with Sentry West for approx. 5 years. I recently wished to update my policy and add earthquake insurance. Finding someone available to take my calls/answer questions proved difficult, but once I finally got someone live (Kristi), I stated my questions and set up a follow up appointment to discuss the answers after Kristi had time to research.

When I called the agency about ten days ago on the day and at the time of my appointment with Kristi, she was not available, so I was passed to Jennifer. Jennifer helped me with the home policy, but questions remained about the EQ policy. I set a follow up appointment for Jennifer to call me today, 3/12, at 2pm. No one called at 2pm. At 2:10 pm Kristi called and I find myself having the same conversation I had with Jennifer 10 days ago. This agency is proving unresponsive and unprofessional. Take your time, money and business somewhere else.

I wanted to take a moment to write this review and express how amazed I am with this agency. I have had my insurance through them for almost two years now. The service has always been above par. Recently, I had a specific experience with my carrier in which they went above and beyond any normal expectations to get me taken care of. From the very top of management, all the way to your personal account manager, there is nothing but understanding, kindness, professionalism and support. Literally everything you would ever need in an agency for any and all insurance needs. 10 out of 10. *Chef's kiss*

Jason Call and his team at Sentry West have been amazing to work with regarding my business insurance needs. Every time I have a question, they are right there to help me. Highly recommend this level of customer service!

I cannot say enough about how helpful Jason and his staff at Sentry West Insurance have been throughout the years. We have made it through 3 teenagers driving and Jason has been with us all the way.
