Aviza Insurance Agency, Inc has served the Tri-State area for over 50 years and specializes in personal lines, commercial lines, and farm/agribusiness risks. Jake Eby has over twenty-three years of insurance experience and is licensed in property, casualty, and life and health. In addition, Mr. Eby is also a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC), and a member of the Society of Certified insuranceCounselors. His focus is commercial and fam insurance. Mr. Eby is also a licensed agent in Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
If a claim occurs during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, you will be best assisted by contacting your agent's office directly. If a claim occurs outside these hours and you feel it cannot wait until the next business day, several of our insurance carriers have after-hours toll free numbers to contact. To expedite your call, please have your policy number and agent's name handy at all times.
The system was designed so that accident victims received immediate compensation for their losses rather than having to wait for a lawsuit to be settled. In Michigan, those injured in auto accidents receive unlimited medical benefits for their lifetime and substantial wage loss benefits from their own policy regardless of fault (hence the term no-fault).
