Our Service Standards & Delivery Options - Certificates will be issued within one working day after receipts by our office unless special forms are needed. Our certificate department will contact you if any forms require prior approval or if non-standard charges will apply. Insurance requirements from contract/agreement can be sent to certs@pciaonline.com or faxed to 800-969-4081.

Mike and Theresa to the rescue! We are so grateful! When our current workers comp carrier dropped us with little notice and even less reasoning, one call to PCIA and we were on our way to new coverage. Working for a small non-profit, we needed coverage for a new volunteer program, and PCIA came in with a good quote and even better customer service. I would highly recommend PCIA to anyone interested in switching or obtaining professional advice on new insurance. I was able to get a meeting, review our current policies, and get a quote within a few days. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and were able to offer recommendations where our current coverage might be lacking. In the end, we were able to get the same or better coverage for less.
