Lol. Extremely high rates. They'll keep you locked in and not call. Rude staff. I've never had an issue here until recently, but I'll definitely go somewhere with better rates and customer service.

First, areas for improvement. This is a very solid agency that has been in business for decades, but management needs to assess how to improve customer service responsiveness, speed, professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. Perhaps they need to add more staff. The positives of working with this agency are that if you stick with them, you can get very good rates and coverage.

If you have a helpful customer service agent, you will learn a lot about your policies and rates. This year, I worked with Jennifer Hamel on my policies and she was exemplary. I think the agency should strive to develop all of their customer service representatives to be as knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and friendly as Jennifer. When you receive that level of customer service, you feel confident that you have the optimal insurance products for your needs.

Absolutely no one likes to spend money on insurance, which is why the customer service experience is so important to making you feel positive about your insurance company. Thank you, Jennifer!

Went for a job interview on my lunch break. There system did not register my resume through indeed so they did not have any information on me. Cyrena started the interview and asked my what my experience was and told me about the job. She then had me wait downstairs for Dan the owner to come finish the interview. a few minutes later Dan came walking down the stairs right past me and then went back upstairs.

I then heard him ask who's the person for the interview cyrena had told him I was downstairs. He made a very rude remark saying "oh the kid with the ripped jeans. Tell him we're not interested". EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL judging a book by its cover. I WILL FOR THE LIFE OF ME TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR INSURANCE EVER. I RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER STEPS FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Never met with the owner. He was too busy judging me based on looks when they knew I was coming from a lunch break in work clothes.

Absolutely appalled by their customer service and lack of communication, not to mention how they speak to customers, let alone how they speak to their own employees. I remember going in one day and thinking the new guy was going to cry based off how rude and arrogant their coworker was instead of trying to train him. Made me feel bad. Was skeptical about the negative reviews, understand all of them now, especially the ones from the owners daughter who spoke to me like I was nothing because of my poor English.

I like to support local business, stay FAR away. Would rather give Geico or Allstate my money. Condescending, conniving, pretentious, arrogant, rude thieves. In fact, I'm willing to bet my life on every positive review being family/friends/coworkers to counteract the bad ones. In fact, I recognize a lot of them that have no association with this company.

Every bad one that got accused of being fake, I agree with everything that bad review said. Fraudulent company, rude, disgusting people. Shame they associate southwick with their name because it makes the town look bad. Been in southwick my entire life and never felt this way about business, and or ANYTHING my entire life. Disgusted. Guess this is a fake review, too, eh? Frauds.

Should be shut down, just like your computers coincidentally are every time you make a mistake. Apologize for grammatical and spelling errors used translation for a lot of this. Had to use transliteration to review something, that's how infuriated I am with this company.

Best agency out there. They always work with you and they will get it done. Had them for 3 years now and no issues with them. I recommend Natalie. She knows what she's doing. She will look for the best policy at reasonable price.

Amazing team for the lowest cost I've ever paid WITH great coverage. They always respond quickly, and with three teenage drivers, I put a lot of demands on them for price and service. I'll never use anyone else.

Do Not Use Southwick Insurance Company! These people have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have made numerous errors over the years with this last error costing me money. They are rude, they don't return phone calls, they do not accept blame when they made a mistake, they are horrible. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM ALL ALL! Update: Since posting review yesterday Dan (I believe the owner) responded to my review with a very passive aggressive remark. Reasons for leaving this agency: 1) Horrible customer service, rude and very passive aggressive 2) Check your policies diligently because there will be something wrong.

I have 2 cars, both cars were supposed to have full collision coverage however they failed to put full coverage on one of my car's. 3) Homeowners Insurance is paid through my mortgage company, they know this and know where to send the invoices. It took me 3 phone calls and about 3 weeks time for them to finally straighten the billing and send to the correct address. 4) They renewed my auto policy with new carrier, drew money from my account for new policy.

When I called the office to see if this was the only payment coming out this month they said yes. 2 weeks later Met drew on my account and caused fee's due to insufficient funds. Had I know this other payment was going to be drawn I would have put this money into my bill account. When I called the office my complaint was not handled professionally.

I requested that Dan give me a call after speaking with one of the office girls. He never once called me, however 2 days of email war was had. Absolutely ridiculous! Yes I have been with this agency for years and for them to treat me this way is unacceptable. All this over a $32.00 fee, it could have been avoided by a simple "I'm sorry, there must have been some confusion in our conversation, how can I help rectify this issue for you"?

This is why I will no longer use them once my policies expire. I should have left them years ago but it's such a hassle changing agencies and I was lazy (my bad) but this is the last straw. I'm done! BUYER BEWARE!

Southwick Insurance Agency has excellent customer service and great rates. They are very quick and helpful to respond to any questions I have regarding my policies. I would HIGHLY recommend them to others. They are truly a great company to work with.
