Critical: Quality Impossible to get people on the phone horrible customer service give you a quote and a month later raises the price stay away. When giving the quote nothing was discussed about getting extra documents. Was taken advantage of and lost $900 because of incompetence. Very unprofessional and a bad way to do business

Goods Insurance Agency is the premiere go to place for commercial trucking insurance. The service, assistance, and knowledge they've provided to me is second to none. I've been doing business with them since 1992, at this point I actually consider them a partner. If you need truck insurance give them a call, maybe you can start a relationship like me that actually predates Google!

I am beyond disappointed with this company. Our trucking company worked with this company for over twenty years and the agent we worked with failed to return calls and emails about our renewal, only to respond the day before our insurance expired. Needless to say we had trucks shut down in other states due to this. We will not recommend this agency to anyone in the future.
