My employer gives us a card to use through Benecon, to pay co-Pays for medical related expenses. This is a complete nightmare. I am so frustrated that I cannot go into detail at this time. The countless hours spent trying to fix problems for coworkers and myself. Of course, this is part of the broken healthcare system we have today.
