I wanted to respond to the feedback on my original review. I think you might have me mixed up with another client. I was given no referral(s) to any other company. It took multiple phone calls and voice mail messages to finally speak with the agent who informed me that the underwriters were trying to work something out and they would get back with.
Multiple emails later with no response, it was clear the agent was ignoring my calls and emails, which I did call out in my final email. At no time was I given referrals to another company. So as I said, I don't find Dearborn Agency to be reliable or responsive.

I reached out to Chelsey Ray at the Dearborn Agency to get a quote for both auto and home insurance. What a pleasure it has been working with her. Her professionalism is beyond wonderful. Very unprofessional, I don't usually give a review but I had to. I requested quotes weeks ago with Meredith and I never heard back, I have called and left messages and still no response. I would never recommend this company to anyone very poor customer service. I also noticed that the owner only seems to respond to positive reviews.

Wanted to get prices on insurance. Kristen Juracek contacted me once I filled out my info online. I told her I wasn't in a rush and we corresponded thru emails. And then she never contacted me again. Don't know what happened guess they don't need or want the business. Too bad because a friend recommended them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

As a customer of the Dearborn Agency, Inc. I can see first hand of what makes this agency so unique. Ever since I became a customer of the Dearborn Agency, Inc., the amount of money I saved from leaving Progressive was great beyond belief. It only made sense to have them write all of my insurance. Three years later, I am still insured by the agency. I see all of the customer service reps going the extra mile for their customers, and that's something I can stand with. This agency is not an advocate for their customers. They allowed citizens to add a charge to be policy I did not authorize, and they refused to issue an adjustment for their error. Having used them for 10 years I was so disappointed in the way my complaint was handled. The agency lied about sending me a notice, and lied about how long they had been billing me for something I was unaware of.
