I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Leslie Childress. She has consistently gone out of her way to find us absolutely amazing coverage for less than what we were paying elsewhere for FAR less coverage. We are very pleased with our experience at Smith Insurance Group. For several weeks we shopped business insurance. Big name insurance companies did not even respond to our requests for quotes (I assume it is because our policy is considered "low dollar"). We received a few quotes from local insurance Agencies though. Dan was the only Agent to set up a call to discuss our business, and the services we offer.

He then utilized this information to recommend specific insurance policies and coverage. He not only provided detailed explanation as to why it was the right coverage for our business, he fielded multiple questions and scenarios that we threw at him (we had a lot of "what-if's"). He also returned the insurance quote to us within 1 business day. The policy with SIG wasn't the cheapest quote we received, however it was the policy that provided the correct types/levels of insurance to protect our small, family owned business. Dan delivered exceptional customer service.

Both Jason and Dan are great to work with! Dan helped me with my home insurance and Jason was able to step in when Dan was out to help me figure out car insurance for a new vehicle. I had no idea what I was doing but Jason made sure to explain everything for me and made the whole process very comfortable and easy! Dan was also great when helping me figure out home insurance for the first time.
