Although he held a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Northern Iowa, like most educated black men at that time, still found it impossible to find a nice job. So he started his career sweeping floors in the Ford Rouge foundry in 1938. Determined to build an expert insurance agency, he obtained his insurance agent's license on April 17, 1941 and proceeded to set up his own business.

I wish I could give them negative stars, someone hit my car in a hit and run, I filed a police report and everything, gave them all the info, they told me that they would NOT cover it, because Idk the person that hit my car, they also said they wouldnt investigate it, even tho I have all the pieces from the car that hit me, I'm outraged and annoyed, because why pay u guys every month on time and they won't pay for the damage? I'm very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend
