I have been taught, if you have a bill you pay it. So when I get a bill for 6months of car insurance that was automatically reinstated since the previous 6months I paid for had expired, I thought I had to pay it. So since I was in the area I decided to stop by instead of pulling over to call, & wow was that a mistake! The woman in the back left office, dark hair, rite by the nice front desk lady, was extremely rude.
She acted like I was the biggest moron on the planet since I didn't know that I was supposed to not pay the bill & it will just go away. I wanted to make sure I wouldn't owe that money since I had a bill for it. & I wanted to cancel my insurance, she said "you can't" she said "just wait till the bill comes then throw it in the trash" "I can't even call them so they don't reinstate it?" I asked her. "Nope" she said then gave a grade school immature how dumb can u be laugh. Well.
I wasn't born knowing everything about insurance. No one told me if u dont want the insurance just don't pay it, toss it out, don't even call them. even though you have a bill for it. Im looking forward to going to a more professional company. You can do better.
