After doing business with this company for over two decades, as a commercial insurance broker, we came up for a standard renewal and our representative, Sarah Cotter, completely mishandled the situation, which ended in us losing our insurance coverage. Repair work was requested by the insurance company and we were not informed properly of what would be required until after repair work was completed and it was too late to assure proper indemnification, furthermore, the company and it's employees took no responsibility in resolving the situation after stating that they would handle it. Horrible customer support and service, when you really needed it the most. They bailed.
