I own a small business in Spokane and make every effort to do business locally. A rep from Wheat and associates called on me and I ended up going with them. I never got any other visits or follow through, but never had any needs either. This year, I had some questions about my bill and needed a copy of my policy forwarded. I called the local office and was told that my rep was not in and would I leave a voice mail.
I never heard back. I called a week later and was told that they no longer were servicing my account. I couldn't get a straight answer as to why. I will never do business with them again.

Avoid at any cost! Usually I don't write reviews because most establishments at least treat you with the slightest amount of carte and attention, but not here. I got into an accident with someone covered by Wheat, and it has been a nightmare. Absolutely unresponsive with 0 attempts to contact me again, for 3 WEEKS! They then add insult to injury, by giving away my phone number to a bunch of scam callers, so now I am constantly bombarded by unsolicited texts.
This place is a scam through and through, and anyone with half a brain cell would run as far away from this establishment, my only regret with this review is that I can't give it 0 stars. Seriously, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

My business was paying 60K a year for malpractice insurance. I contact Wheat and Associates and I was able to get equal coverage for 20K a year. They saved me 40K a year! I have used them as my insurance broker for my business, home, autos, etc. and they have saved me lots of money. The staff is professional and friendly. Give them a try!
