Was really good company, now don't know what is going on. I cant get my insurance raised to hire limits, there some bond issue, and nothing been done already for 3 weeks. Email multiple times to Tim no single update or answer. Time to look for different companie.

Manny was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to find a more affordable solution to my Auto and Home Owners insurance. He had great success and I am extremely happy with the solution he came up with.

I've gone through all lines insurance for the past 8 years and they've done such a spectacular job with my rental and car insurance. There's an agent named Debbie who's helped me out so many times. Sometimes we forget to post or review the people that make our lives easier. She's one of them.

Debbie Leffall. remember that name. it will be the only thing you ever need regarding insurance. All Lines Insurance has handled all of our insurance needs for longer than I can remember (and I remember when dirt was created). Personal, commercial, cars, house, business, collectibles, you name it. All Lines, and Debbie specifically, have been nothing short of excellent for the duration.

With a telephone call I can have a car we didn't intend to buy covered and I'm emailed an insurance identification card before I can complete the purchasing documents at the dealership. That is the kind of service I have received. it is personal, attentive, and professional. She has even offered scenarios I might not have ever considered and has NEVER been pushy or used any pressure tactics.

Her concern is that, if something happens, we are aware of the consequences. Even more, she reviews our policies to make sure we are with the best carrier at the least cost. Debbie is constantly saving us money. You just don't find this type of service any more, but I'm old enough to remember when it was what you expected. When a handshake was better than any contract you sign now. Bravo! Thank you for serving our family faithfully!

All Lines Insurance was a 5 star but no longer. I edited the good review because Tina started showing who she really was, after getting my business! Thinking about looking for another agent!

I signed up for month to month renters insurance and i received an email from Mallory stating it would be canceled without the next payment. I figured as much and didnt need it anymore and due to not agreeing to pay 6 months i let it "cancel" today in the mail i received a collections notice for insurance coverage i never received or used. I made one payment and then let it cancel.

I never got a bill in the mail or notice that i should be paying for a service i didnt receive however now i am in collections and have contacted BBB. This company is money hungry and fraudulent. Do not use them!

Everyone at All Lines is very professional and friendly. They will work their magic to find you a great insurance provider. I would definetly recommend going through them rather than directly through an insurance provider because they can search the best rates for you.
