Absolutely awful. No one responds and no one seems to have any real information they just give me phone numbers to people that never answer

Worst customer service. No one even bothers to call you after leaving 6 voicemails. You pay them a bag of money and there is no one to talk. Not trustworthy at all.

Very bad experience. I had a commercial insurance with them. I got into an accident. I called alot of times with no answer from the adjuster.left many voice mail almost aweek. No body return the call. Called supervisor many times no answer, leaving voice mail. No answer for days.calling supervisor of supervisor, same thing. Trying to get the difference back from deductible.

No one answer the phone from adjuste to her supervisor to supervisor of supervisor. Very wired experience. Never again. I told my friends about my experience and every body gonna switch to other company

If I could give no stars or negative stars, I would. We got into an auto accident on 13 Jul 2019. The passenger opened his car door without looking and hit our car. Unfortunately, their insurance is with Atlas Financial Holdings. We have been trying to contact both Sindy Mendoza and her supervisor, Janette Cordero via phone calls and emails. The phone call ALWAYS goes to voicemail and if we leave a message, they don't call back.

If they respond to the emails we send, it's usually a vague answer about them sending a check for the repairs which we NEVER received and the rest of our questions go unanswered. Janette, Sindy, your unresponsiveness and lack of urgency and empathy is amazing. I hope that you never have to go through what you are making us go through.

Unprofessional and fraudulent. Had to contact them multiple times and demand to speak to a supervisor only to be told that they had "tried" to contact me.which is a blatant lie. As an employer, I filed a claim on behalf of my driver. After a month and a half of waiting for someone to contact me, I finally speak with a Nadine Rassaian who asks me to recount what happened in the accident.

It was me who suggested she contact my driver, and her response "I don't have his number". No response after another month and half. I e-mail her today and receive a generic response that my driver is at fault and the claim is denied. Nothing more, nothing less. Stay away from these people. They'll definitely be hearing from my lawyers.

PLEASE NOTE WELL THAT IT IS ACTUALLY ZERO STARS completely dissatisfied with this company. I was in an accident with their insured 2 MONTHS AGO AND I AM STILL WAITING TO BE MADE WHOLE. COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. I have contacted the claims agent, Sindy Mendoza, numerous times, only to be ignored. She NEVER RETURNS ANY OF MY CALLS. SINCE THE ACCIDENT, I'VE WAITED 2 WKS TO FINALLY BE ACKNOWLEDGED. NEVER AGAIN HAS SHE TRIED CONTACTING ME.

I CALLED 4WKS LATER, SHE WAS ABOUT TO MAKE A CALL PERHAPS BECAUSE THE PHONE NEVER RANG, NOR DID SHE ANSWER "ATLAS FINANCIAL, THIS IS SINDY". JUST SILENCE. OOOPS I CAUGHT YOU THIS TIME, WE SPOKE SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD CONTACT ME AFTER 48HOURS. WELL IT'S BEEN 2 MORE WKS. This is utterly ridiculous. I hate to have to go through my insurance company in order to get my car fixed but they leave me no choice. NOW I MUST COME OUT OF POCKET FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE AROUND IN A BEAT UP, 2018 BARELY HAS 2500MILES, VEHICLE. AAAAARRRRRRRGH.THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING I AM VERY UPSET. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS?

Stay away from this insurance company, very unreliable, their sense of urgency is non existent, basic communication skills that are expected from an insurance company are unprofessional. CHEAP INSURANCE = BAD SERVICE.

Tried to process a payment on their website and their site kept rejecting my check payment. Called their billing department for help who then just rerouted me to a different company who handles their check processing. That other company said they couldn't have my payment go through for 30 days. My policy was cancelling in 2 days. Had to waste my money to overnight an actual check because their system stinks. Not helpful at all.

It has been one month since contacting Atlas insurance, in regards to an accident. The only communication has been their request for pictures of my automobile and me leaving voicemail messages to their adjuster's office number. I will have to let my insurance company and lawyer contact them instead.
