Whatever you do if you are looking for an insurance quote from this broker STAY AWAY! Gale Ryan-Payne and Dennis Juzusco are extremely unorganized and are extremely poor in communication. They informed me of a quote that I was approved for however, it was never approved despite a half a dozen phone calls from them indicating that it was approved (they already received my money)and we were just awaiting the documents.
After 7 days and my repeated phone calls they finally admit that they did not have approval. If you're a small business, don't be an idiot like me, go somewhere else!

Hands down worst insurance experience I have ever had. All this company is looking for is a quick turn and burn sale and to never speak to you again. On top of that, I was never notified I wasn't covered for car insurance due to my move to Illinois. So when I called to ask for my insurance card so I could rent a car I was SHOCKED to learn I was driving around without car insurance for THREE months!
Its unbelievable the lack of professionalism, service and ethics. I am very very lucky I wasn't in a car accident or pulled over during this time. Good luck and find a company who will appreciate your business and take care of you.
