I contacted this agent to inquire about my options for purchasing health insurance for 2019. 3 weeks later and I have not gotten a call from him. I have spoken to his receptionist who takes my contact information. But Vincent does not return my calls. The deadline is approaching and this is causing much stress. I would not recommend him as an agent simply because he is unresponsive to new clients.
