For many years, I was a client of Richard Kay's father, until his passing. My experience with Mr. Kay was always fantastic. But I can honestly say that my experience with the Kay Insurance Agency has been better than ever before. When my 15 year old son started driving in August, we are terrified of what our rates would look like based on the horror stories we have heard from other friends who had kids driving.
But not only were we pleasantly surprised, we were absolutely SHOCKED at the work Richard did for us. As a broker for several carriers, Richard was able to shop around for the best rate for us and amazingly, our insurance only went up a tiny bit by changing our provider. The insurance we are receiving from the Kay Insurance Agency is top notch. We have roadside assistance and full coverage on all three vehicles.
Absolutely ZERO compromise on our coverage, deductibles and service! Richard Kay is who I will be using for all future insurance products. With the bundle discount (for house and travel camper), it's nice to have all our insurance needs covered under one company!
