I can't say enough great things about my experiences working with Dean Heckle & Hill on our employee benefits package. I work closely with both Roger and Tee and am always pleasantly surprised by their immediate responsiveness to my questions or concerns, regardless of how big or small. Not only are they quick and helpful when assisting me, they also work closely with each of my employees, answering questions promptly with so much compassion and willingness to serve.

For over 30 years, Dean Heckle & Hill, Inc has taken care of all of my insurance needs. They have been wonderful answering any questions and have helped guide me with coverage to best meet my family's needs. I never have to worry about my coverage or inquiring about a claim. I had reached out to get several quotes and planned to work with Dean Heckle and Hill for my business insurance needs. I either wasnt enough business for them or they just didnt want to deal with me. Both quotes, one I had done previously took over a week and a half and me having to reach out several times to even get the quote, then this time when I decided to quote GL, Comp, and Auto I was yet again brushed aside, handed to someone else made to wait a week, then told I should probably go with someone else.
I don't recommend this kind of service to anyone. Edit: As a response to your reply to this, communication is key in service based businesses. Your person(s) as the original person I reached out to was far too busy to speak with me. So I patiently waited, all the while others were having no issues getting me quotes withing 24-48 hours. You are correct in the fact that I did reach out late last year in which I ALSO had to wait a week to even get a quote, and at that rate had to reach out myself to even get it. Had I been told, say 24 hours into it that there would have been a delay I would have saved us all the time and walked then, instead I am put off until Friday afternoon then told to just go with someone else.
As far as what I was having requoted, yeah it did change, business plans change businesses grow it's what happens. I was not expecting the same quote from last year to be valid. Thank you for your reply I wish you the best.
