I have been with Bowers Insurance Agency for about 15 years and won't leave! I have a regular agent (Janice Fisher) who has been working with me for the entire time. If she's out of the office for some reason when I call, there's a familiar voice to help me, if it's urgent. They've never tried to oversell me and I know she'll provide me information on other products if I ask. I know I can count on Bowers for good, reliable, true customer service.

I have been a customer with them many years. In all my contacts with Bowers (previously Powell) Insurance at the Thomas Johnson Dr. office, the personnel have been very helpful and knowledgeable and have gotten me the best price and policies for what I need in the way of insurance. Also, I appreciate that I am usually able to reach a human when I call.

I have been totally satisfied with the Bowers Insurance Agency. I have needed roadside assistance three times in the past year. I had to practice patience while waiting on the tow truck, however, from the time I called for help, the process was handled with ease and efficiently. I give the office staff, two thumbs up! I have had two different experiences at Bowers Insurance, with Amy Mason. The first experience was a positive one so when the second one occurred, I didn't hesitate contacting Amy again. She is very thorough and explained everything so that we knew exactly what we were doing. If I have a third situation, I will not hesitate to go to Amy at Bowers Insurance.

I have had the most wonderful experience with this company. I switched over all of my commercial accounts in January of 2019. Not only is the service helpful and thorough, the gentleman I work with has been very kind and patient with any questions (Thank you, Jason!). From a financial standpoint, I am SAVING 28% in my annual insurance costs with better coverage. It's been a win-win situation and I could not recommend them more.

I have been with Bowers Insurance for 40 years. They handled my auto, and renters insurance in the beginning. They now have our personal and business auto, business and home owners insurance. It has been a good experience knowing they are there when I need them. Crystal who handles my business insurance has been excellent she is quick to respond to any request and is always pleasant to work with.
