I had a great experience with Wright-Gardner Insurance when trying to purchase liability insurance for our non-profit. The forms were very complicated and asked questions that did not pertain to us, but the staff were there with me every step of the way. They went through the process and application with me question by question. I will tell you it took at least 45 minutes to an hour, but they were patience, courteous and knowledgeable. They didn't give up until we had the policy we needed and completed. Thanks to all who helped me through this process. I could not have done it without you.

Our representative has been fabulous. She has helped us with the best coverages for the best price for our car and home insurance. When we have had to place a claim they were very helpful and thorough and always concerned about us. We have had a variety of insurance agencies and agents over the past 50 years but this company and their team us by far the best. Recommendations all the way.

Best Insurance company! Not only are they responsive but they will help you in any way possible. We deal with a lot of insurance companies (most of which do not reply no sooner then a week or unless payment is due OR will over insure you for stuff you don't even need) and Wright-Gardner beats them all. they don't make you feel like they just want your money and leave. Renee' Brennan has been SO helpful these past few months, when we needed insurance fast and affordable she worked like crazy and made that possible for our company.
She'll explain everything to you if you don't understand and she'll get you exactly what you need. Absolute pleasure working with her! Needless to say we intend on switching a lot of our personal and business insurance over to Wright-Gardner.

We were introduced to Wright-Gardner when we moved to Hagerstown by our mortgage lender. They came highly recommended for "anything you may need". We have been using Wright-Gardner for a little over a year now with our business Potomac Excavating and have been very pleased. We have appreciated working with Angela to handle our policy information. We have a lot of requests for Certificates of Insurance and questions about coverage and she has been able to answer our questions and help us in a timely manner, even when urgent matters arise. My mother and father have been customers for 32 years. My 82 year old mother went to renew her drivers license an called Wright Gardner for her insurance card when they told her her auto and homeowners had been canceled. She had been without coverage for two weeks. They claim they mailed notice but one was never received. In 32 years she has had 3 claims all of which were legitimate.
So when she went to renew she was refused. The new premium increased $2,500 annually. It seems as though Wright Gardner was looking for an opportunity to drop my mother. One would think after 32 years and a policy is going to be cancelled it would warrant at least a phone call. The office personnel had no empathy which made it even worse!
