Do not work with this company, specifically Teresa Glock. Was a long time customer, but when it came time to deal with them, I can't say one good thing about the experience when moving and needing to change insurance. Non-responsive, non-caring, and after I finally thought everything was over with them, I still had the old insurance that they failed to cancel.

Rude staff, it appears they work from home and get annoyed at customers bothering them during their WORK hours. They hang up on customers. Ever since the covid Ive been treated rude, they always made me feel like annoyance although they are there for CUSTOMERS! Don't forget that you can either make or break a deal with a client with your attitude.

Buck and Affiliates have taken care of all my Auto/Home insurance since I was a teenager. From finding me really low rates when I was under 25, to finding me better coverage once I got a little older, to helping bundle my home and auto for additional discounts. They are always friendly and willing to help. Don't buy insurance without them.
