This insurance company is suing my family including my 14 year old son for filing a claim on my property insurance, they paid the claim and are suing me to recoup there money. If I wasn't covered why did they pay the claim! This is disgusting to go after there own customers This way.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality They took a 3000 and change payment for no reason. That amount did not even cover the days they supposedly insured my business for. I still had to pay more money to someone else. They are ridiculous and do not answer any phone calls or emails. Stay away.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We asked them for insurance for a non profit, they referred us to one of their representative upstate NY. after many calls and emails she said she will have the quote ready for us. never heard back, we called and no answers. we emailed with no reply.

Horrible. my truck was hit while parked over 2 weeks ago and I haven't been cotacted by an adjuster, their insured is the Mohegun Sun Casino. I'm sure they pay their bills. Hudson is very good at depositing the ins. premiums but ignore claims. Good luck if you make a claim. Buy local.

Fred the claim adjuster was very friendly and upfront people aren't always happy with an insurance company but 1 star is just rediculas they were friendly and helpful a word of advice is to treat others how you wish to be treated if your rude people will be rude back to you.

It all started when I was going to startup a business and become a Wholesale Motor Vehical Dealer, I applied and was approved for a $25,000 bond if I payed $195. I was approved for bond number 10087935 on 2/28/2019. I advised at this time I did not have a valid business name as I have not yet created my LLC. I was pressured into making a knee-jerk decision advising to give the salesman a business name as I could change it later if the name is not available or changes.

Unfortunately funding feel through for my business. I am now requesting to cancel the bond which I still have not received by mail. The company is advising I just return the original bond or have a Obligee from AZDOT write a letter stating the bond was never filed. The problem is I never received a bond to return so the first option is inpossible.

I spent 2 hours on the phone with AZDOT just to be advised they are unable to write anything because no paperwork was ever filed with them. The rep with AZDOT reccomended reaching out to the company directly or filing a fraud claim with me bank as they have not provided the services payed for. This company is a nightmare to work with and I feel they are holding my money hostage.
